I am a firm believer in using food as medicine and removing toxins from the body through exercise. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the world’s largest nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have always had a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle but I really took it to the next level when I became pregnant with my son Mason. I knew that I wanted him to have the best of the best and that’s what he deserved. I believe that everyone, no matter what type of shape they are in, can truly change their life and start living a healthy lifestyle not only to feel better and look good, but also to be around longer for the people they love. I have helped a wide variety of individuals achieve their goals, from teenagers to mid 80’s, and everything in between. I am extremely passionate about helping my clients reach their goals and do so by incorporating functional training as well as a nutrition counseling. I formulate programs for each client based on their individual needs, goals, and abilities. No two workouts are the same and I pride myself on making workouts fun and enjoyable so my clients stay interested and motivated. I don’t think exercise should be dreaded but instead something to look forward to. Annie Morozko - Personal trainer

Annie earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Science and Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. After college, she served 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps where she developed teamwork, leadership and organizational skills. As a Motor Vehicle Operator and Section Leader, Annie was responsible for ensuring all military vehicles were loaded properly to meet safety standards. She planned, prepared for and executed over 50 VIP visits during her tenure. Annie was also responsible for training a 6-person team to accurately maintain over 50 operational records and rosters.  

After the Marines, Annie worked as the Head Lifeguard at Lincoln Military Housing. There, she gained vast experience in all water rescue techniques including CPR, first aid and swimming rescue. She is CPR and AED certified. 

Currently, Annie is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. She received her certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Annie is well versed in health and fitness evaluation, body fat analysis and nutritional consulting. She develops individualized training plans based on clients’ body mass index, current physical condition, and goals. Annie is energetic, encouraging and enjoys motivating her clients to reach maximum performance.

Marci Andrews - Personal trainer

Marci has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, majoring in Recreation with a minor in Psychology. She was a high school and collegiate athlete excelling at both volleyball and soccer. After college she enjoyed work in the corporate environment for several years. She is now the happy mother of three children, keeping her active lifestyle through all three of her pregnancies. Currently, Marci is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for a boxing boot camp style class. She is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and specializes in weight loss, core strength and personal training for the prenatal/postnatal client. Amidst Marci’s regular workout routine, she challenges herself to running full and half marathons around the Midwest. She has also completed the Susan G. Koman 60 mile 3-day race for the cure.

Marci enjoys challenging clients with full body, high power, high intensity, ever changing workouts all while keeping things fun, exciting and motivating. She modifies her personal training sessions for each individual’s fitness level to prevent injuries, ensure proper form and provide maximum results. Marci encourages clients to set, pursue and attain goals both inside and outside training sessions. Madison Landis - Personal Trainer

Madison has earned her Master’s Degree in Public Health from Saint Louis University in May of 2013, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Missouri. Madison has been working in the fitness industry since 2008, but has always had a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. As an athlete playing soccer, field hockey and swimming, her love for exercise and fitness soon translated into a career. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.

When working with Madison, she hopes to share her passion for health with you. Her experience in the fitness industry spans from youth athletes to first time adult exercisers, and many places in between. Joy Holdmeier - Personal Trainer

Joy Holdmeier is a Personal Trainer, a mother of two, a wife and a Physical Education Teacher. What she truly enjoys most about her career is educating people on the importance of health and fitness and seeing clients adopt and enjoy their new healthy lifestyles.

Joy has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports Management from Lindenwood University. She currently holds an ACE Personal Trainer certification, Pre and Post Natal Certifications, and AFAA Yoga Instructor Certification. Joy’s past positions have included Personal Trainer, Fitness Director, Owner of a Mom and Baby Stroller Fitness Franchise, Marathon Training Coach, Bootcamp and Yoga Instructor, Program Manager for a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to wellness for kids, and PE Teacher.

Joy has experience in training people of all ages and abilities, but specializes in helping women achieve weight loss. She understands firsthand the challenges of being a busy mom and staying active and healthy. Teal Hickey - Client Relations Manager / Personal Trainer

II joined Body Fit 4 years ago as a client. Over the course of the years, Body Fit has provided me with challenging workouts, peace of mind, a body that functions well during day to day life, and a body that is ready to respond to any challenge thrown at it. It is with great pleasure that I now join the Body Fit Team. This opportunity is fun and exciting for me. When I’m not working with Body Fit, I am an ER nurse at a busy Level One Trauma center. I see first hand the effects that poor nutrition and sedentary lifestyles have on our society. The health implications of such lifestyles are sad, unsafe, and totally preventable. While I save lives in an acute sense during my “day job,” this role with Body Fit allows me the opportunity to enhance lives, promote wellness, and prevent many disease processes.

Amelia Mierzwa - Personal Trainer

I am a 28 year old, newlywed, starting a new life with a great husband and 2 dogs. After being overweight in my adolescent life, I went to college and taught myself how to eat right and exercise. Angela James - Personal Trainer

Angela feels that in order to become healthy and stay healthy, one must implement lifestyle changes. Abby Herrick - Personal Trainer

Abby Herrick took her first yoga class in 2005 and began integrating this life changing tradition into all of her client s personal training sessions (American College of Sports Medicine), which in turn had a profound effect on their recovery and body awareness. I am a certified yoga instructor and I hold a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been involved in fitness since I was a child. I grew up playing sports and I have been involved with yoga for over ten years. I have been practicing yoga since 1994. I have studied at the Qi Gong Center in Champaign, IL., Yoga St. Louis Iyengar Yoga Center, the Satchidananda Yoga Ashram in Virginia and Jane’s House of Wellness in St. Charles, MO. I have been teaching yoga for 11 years. I am a 200 hr RYT, a certified Level 1 Thai Yoga Therapist, and a certified Laugh-a-Yoga © Leader.

I am a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor. I have been a personal trainer for 6 years. I have been a group exercise instructor 17 years. I am currently pursuing an associates in science to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Taylor Bradshaw - Personal Trainer

Taylor believes that you are only as strong as your weakest link. She takes the time to get to know each client in order to prepare a customized program to strengthen the ‘weakest link’. She attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Taylor is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Growing up actively involved in sports and exercise, Taylor knew at a very young age that she wanted to have a career in the field. She went to school for cardiac rehab but after her internship realized that she wanted to help prevent illnesses instead of treat them. She started her career in group exercise and senior fitness, then progressed into personal training.

Taylor specializes in corrective and functional training. She has extensively worked with the older adult and high risk populations but also has experience with children, athletes and clients with weight loss as his or her primary ambition. Taylor enjoys working with anyone who has a goal or a dream to obtain.
